Sara Ashraf, is a Life Coach and an SR® Counsellor. Moved from London to Dubai in 2005, and so did her coaching practice.

 With  a Bachelors in Psychology, Sara has worked in Insitute of Behavioural Psychology (1996) as a coach for parents with mentally challenged children.

She then moved on to working as an Academic Coach at Lloyds University (1998) .

Sara got her  Diploma from London Coaching Academy (2004) , and has continued to coach ever since.

In 2011 she added to her expertise, SR®, a highly effective and relevant  programme to the coaching practise. Sara is  currently the only coach in Dubai , trained to practise SR®,
