Karl Monger is licensed in the great State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and is supervised by Dr. Summer Allen, LPC-S. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. The title he treasures most is "Ranger Shepherd", bestowed by a former CIA operative and Ranger veteran.
Karl is a retired United States Army Major with ten years active and ten years reserve service. Following a tragic special operations helicopter crash that took twelve lives, Karl made the hasty decision to leave active duty. The hard-learned lessons of his own transition and the realization the issues he faced were prevalent among veterans led him to found GallantFew, Inc., in 2010. Karl continues to serve as the Executive Director and has overseen or provided mentoring and coaching to over five thousand veterans.
Karl's civilian education includes a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas and a Bachelors of Science in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. His military education includes US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Infantry Officer Advanced Course, Ranger, Jumpmaster, Air Assault, and Airborne Schools. The US Small Business Administration and numerous veteran organizations have recognized him for his leadership in veteran issues, and he serves on the American Counseling Association Military and Government Counseling Board.
Subconscious RestructuringTM has saved veterans' lives. It is powerful and brilliant in its simplicity.
